Key Design has been involved in online business for 12 months and in this time we have meet with difficulties expanding our business due to the cost of web hosting.

As our primary concern has always been to offer our clients a reliable service, we did not see that changing to a more cost effective host was within our businesses or clients best interests.

In our experience, the less expensive hosting packages normally meant sacrificing quality of service. This has always been considered an unacceptable sacrifice.

Up until recently we were being charged $1.00 per MB of space; this charge limits the expansion of any online business and leaves you forever attempting to reduce the space used. At times this would be at the expense of our vision for Key Design.

Initially of course we were somewhat sceptical that a host could charge $0.17 a MB and maintain a reliable service. However after running two of our sites with NetNeeds and closely monitoring their uptimes with specially designed software. We were astonished to find that both sites maintained an up-time of 100% for the testing period.

We were also initially concerned that NetNeeds do not have a phone support line however the level of email support soon proved to us that our concerns were unfounded.

We are 100% delighted and satisfied with both the physical hosting of our sites and the friendly and helpful service received.
